Job Description
We are a highly dynamic leading personal injury firm, well known for our high service levels and client care. Suitable candidates will be career-minded and have a strong desire to work in a fast paced, forward thinking, professional environment.
Responsibilities: To assist a Solicitor with day-to-day conduct of a caseload of approximately 200 RTA personal injury cases of fast track value.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience of handling RTA cases. Experience of handling personal injury cases is preferred but not essential. Previous exposure to litigation and familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules is required.
